I tried unsuccessfully to book through the hotel a few months ago, but they kept hanging up on me, I entually found a good deal through costco travel. The hotel is nice, the bar is great and the staff are great. The rooms try to keep the noise out but one noisy night, one bar had everything vibrating with the bass! We were top floor, cant imagine what it would have been like on the lower floors. The room was huge though. I would recommend this hotel to others.

After needing to cancel our VRBO, I was a little hesitant to book a hotel last minute with little research on my end. Well, let me tell you that I would hands down book this hotel again. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere! The rooms were clean and spacious and eveyone was so friendly, especially the wonderful crew at the front doors. Eric by far exceeded our expectations, always greeting us when we left and returned. He even helped guide us to where we needed to go and helped us get transportation. They don't make em like Eric anymore- a true gem. Thank you Eric and the entire hyatt team for making our stay in NOLA a truly memorable one.

When I tell you that Eric and Jarrod, working Lobby level, took great care of me during my stay, I mean it. Donyel P.checked me in and got my stay off to a GREAT start. She was very attentive. The other staff were extremely helpful. Got ahead of my needs and was very thorough. Great recommendations for food. They helped me out tremendously, and I hope their service is acknowledged by management. I celebrated a friend's birthday here and they helped me organize a small birthday treat to be delivered to the room. I was so very impressed. Happy to have stayed here. The entire stay at Hyatt went beyond my expectations. Starting from check in, my room was ready early and they let me in. The room itself was grand and faced Canal Street. I was so comfortable in the space. Beyond excellent value for what I paid. The food waa delicious snd never had an issue getting what I needed, which were several orders of beignets. I enjoyed lunch there once, and the regular food was delicious. This hotel has many ways for you to communicate and receive information. That was extremely helpful. By the end of my stay, several staff members knew my face and were so prompt and courteous. I would absolutely recommend this stay. The location is central to French Quarter activities. Beautiful.

Had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. They were kind enough to accommodate an early check-in, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. The hotel itself is in a perfect location, right in the heart of the French Quarter but still feels comfortable and relaxing when you step inside. The rooms were clean, bigger (We had a King) than I expected, and everything just worked the way you want it to when you're traveling. The real highlight of our stay, though, was Martha. She was incredible from start to finish, warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. She’s the kind of person who elevates a stay from good to unforgettable, and she deserves major recognition. Overall, everything about this stay was spot on. Great service, great location, and a team that clearly takes pride in what they do. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Orleans. Pro tip- We did request a higher floor and on the "quiet side" and didn't hear a peep from the partying below for 4 days!

I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter in New Orleans over New Year's! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. My king suite garden view room was fantastic, with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The cleanliness of the room was spot on, and I loved the high ceilings and beautiful styling. Plus, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious! I also appreciated the helpful staff who was friendly and professional. Overall, I'd definitely recommend the Hyatt Centric French Quarter for a fun and convenient stay in New Orleans.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect. Everything was within easy walking distance yet was in a very quiet area. As a flight attendant I spend a significant amount of time away from home and in hotels. This hotel was one of the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Our room and bathroom were immaculate. Every staff member we can in contact with were friendly and helpful. We look forward to returning.

We stayed 4 nights in January and had a great experience. We had a king room with no outside view and a double room that had a view of the pool. Both rooms were very nice and spacious especially the double room! Check in was smooth and when it came to needing to swap one of our rooms Hutstun at the front desk was great and got us switched. He also assisted us throughout our whole stay with other things. He was very friendly and helpful as was everyone else we interacted with at the front desk. Rooms had everything we needed and if it didn’t the front desk had it sent up for us. Really great location in terms of being close to so much and neither room had a problem with noise. We did have someone come knock on our door multiple times between midnight and 1am on our first night but they got security up there quickly to handle it. They included streetcar passes with our stay which was great and had it decorated for Mardi Gras which was a fun touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend to others!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt centric French quarter. The staff is phenomenal. The rooms are very old, but clean and look decent, and are gigantic. Right on Borbon Street as soon as you step out the front door. Will definitely be back here again!!!! Great gym as well with all the basics. This is not a luxury hotel but it's good.

I had an early check in and stayed here for two nights on the fourth floor with a king suite. We had tickets to the Sugar Bowl our first night. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk to the Caesars Superdome. Additionally, the hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Bourbon Street and about 10-15 minutes to the Riverwalk. The hotels location is right in the middle of everything. Ellie checked me in. Ellie was very professional and explained all details thoroughly. She was a rockstar and a great representative of the hotel. She also checked us out our last day. Super fast and made sure our bill was correct and explained. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.
