We only stayed one night before leaving for our cruise, & overall, it did the job! Check-in was smooth, the front desk was friendly, & they even allowed us to check in around noon instead of 4 PM, which was a huge help with our luggage. The beds were super comfortable, & I also appreciated the free printer for cruise/luggage documents & the microwave in the lobby. The location is great & very walkable to Bourbon Street & everything nearby. My biggest disappointment was that our room didn’t match the photos online. We were on the first floor in what I jokingly called “the dungeon” because our room had no windows, & the toilet & shower were essentially together in one open wet-room. I didn’t find it particularly comfortable or sanitary. The walls are also very thin, so you can hear conversations & people walking through the hallway. For the price & a one-night stay, it was a good value & served its purpose. I just wish the photos better represented the type of room we received.

I had a great stay at the Prince Conti Hotel. The location is very convenient. It’s a easy walk to Bourbon Street, making it super convenient for exploring the French Quarter. You’re also surrounded by famous dining spots right around the corner, including Acme Oyster House, Oceana Grill, Felix's Oyster Bar, Brennan's, and Café Beignet. Even though it’s so close to all the nightlife and attractions, the hotel was quiet at night with no street noise. The room was spotless, extremely clean, and had zero odors. The A/C worked well. Since it’s a historic, old-style hotel, there was no bathtub in the room (just a shower), but that wasn't a big deal for me at all. The only minor thing to note is that sound from the hallway, so you can hear people walking by outside the door. Overall, the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and overall comfort made it a nice stay.

Stayed here for the first time and this is my honest review. Location is excellent! It is a walking distance from the main attraction which is the Bourbon street. Overall, hotel and the room are clean and free of any smell. Location is also safe and sound and I didn't feel anything bad. They have an onsite valet parking for a total of about $45 a night. Unfortunately, room is extremely small! They have tried their best to cramp everything in a small size room which they shouldn't. We booked a deluxe size 2 queen beds and were barely walking around each other inside the room without bumping into each other. If our deluxe size room is like that, I can't even imagine how the regular size room would be! Our room was definitely more than enough for one double size bed let alone putting 2 beds of any size. Bathroom was extremely small as well with a small sink and weird faucet installation. My biggest disappointment happened as soon as I arrived at the location. As clearly visible in the attached pictures, they have an extremely small size entrance for any size vehicles. On top, they put these metal signs on each side to make it even more difficult for the drivers to enter. We arrived in a van and there was this African American valet guy sitting inside on his phone as usual. He clearly saw I was struggling to bring the van inside and instead of helping right away, he just sat and saw our struggle. Obviously, I ended up hitting one of those metal signs on the side and ended up with multiple scratches on my brand new van! After I hit those sign, only then this guy lazily and hesitantly came over and moved one of the signs for us to pull in. Extremely poor and horrible service specially for a first time customer! Even though scratches were clearly visible, there was no apology or remorse from this valet guy. He acted as if nothing has happened and instead looked at me for any tip! At the check-in counter, I brought this problem to another African American individual, Kenny/Kent, and he just shrugged it off and told me that the guy did help me to pull in. After I told him that I did end up with multiple scratches he still didn't care and offered nothing! I was just so tired after a long and tiring drive that I just decided to head to my room and nothing else. Be extremely careful driving into their entrance specially if you have a big car. They will offer zero help and/or any compensation if you get any damages! Our first time trip to New Orleans was ruined!

My fiance and me flew down for our birthday we both share on june 18 and are staying here from the 16th to 20th. The staff have been incredibly kind and accomidating. The rooms are nice and the location has been perfect we have walked to every monument, museum and restaraunt. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay and they have made my fiance and my birthday perfect. Cafe Conti is delicious as well we loved the benindicts and crepes!!!

Overall, thought it was an excellent value for the location. You really can’t beat being right in the French Quarter, and the location alone made the stay worth it. We had a street-facing room, which was fun for people-watching and soaking in the atmosphere, but definitely bring a sound machine or earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The room had trouble cooling in the day, but keeping bathroom door closed helped. The water pressure and hot water were outstanding. Some of the best I’ve had in a hotel. Beds were comfortable, and all of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room could have used a deeper cleaning. There was dust on the ceiling fan, blinds, and curtains, and some makeup caked on the vanity. That said, I’m not particularly picky about those things and it didn’t impact my stay. Overall: great value, fantastic location, comfortable beds, friendly staff, and I’d stay here again.

Fantastic hotel in the French quarter so near everything but website showed a garden courtyard which didn't exist. The Bombay club is closed. However, in the same entrance is a great restaurant, independent of hotel, serving breakfast/ brunch with great service.

Nice inexpensive hotel off bourbon street. Decorated in an old fashioned way that works really well. Linens were clean, housekeeping was every day, wifi was free but poor signal. Refrigerator in room for leftovers, microwave to reheat. Both hidden behind a door to keep with the decor. Air-conditioning was amazing - was set to 65 degrees as the default. Walls are a little thin given the location but overall noise level wasn't bad. Desk with chair, and armchair. Close to so many restaurants and bars. I would absolutely stay here again.

The location was the greatest thing about this hotel. Over three days, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do and see without going more than 22 min away. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very cute and clean. They also have a sister location that allows you to use their pool when staying here. We only heard a little noise from our room which was really impressive for how close it is to all the fun on bourbon street. We also recommend trying their breakfast (Cafe Conti) which is open early and has good crepes and sandwiches.

Lovely room and very pleasant and helpful staff. The hotel is just around the corner from Bourbon Street, so we could hear music at night, but no voices. That was fine with us, we were there for the music! The breakfast resturant was wonderful. And the location is amazing, so many great things to do, see, eat and drink, within steps.

Service here was good; they allowed early check in and late check out which was very kind. Our door to the room wouldn’t self close - you had to pul it shut and it made a loud noise every time. The room was very comfortable the whole trip which is great because the temps ranged from 50 to 100 degrees outside. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very small. On demand free movies were nice to have during bad weather. We were grateful they could accommodate us close to our arrival by phone call.
