No frills but lovely lobby and restaurant. Good location to stay for JazzFest. Can’t give 5 stars bc no coffee in the room and only $ at cafe which doesn’t open until 7:30A so FYI if you are staying for work or are an early riser. Parking is less than other hotels nearby.

We stay for a week and they were fantastic! Very accommodating and dog friendly, too. Stayed there 10 years ago and it was just as good this time. Hope to stay again sooner!

Can't tell the front desk from the bar. Feels weird when you walk in, like, "am I in the right place?" Lots of other things to dislike once you get past the front door. If this hotel is still open with the current management a year from now, I'll faint.

A great option for a New Orleans trip. A couple of blocks from the French Quarter, famous landmarks, public transit, the Ferry; I'm not sure we could have lucked into a more convenient, cool, and affordable place to stay.

Great hotel, I loved everything about it. Close to everything yet nestled away in a quiet little area. Beautiful rooms with high, vaulted ceilings. Clean and comfortable. Amazing staff. The restaurant is wonderful, Caribbean cuisine that was absolutely delicious. Cool, relaxed vibe. I will come back.

Difficult to point out. I stayed for four nights and room cleaning was never done. Breakfast service is also confusing. Much better at night when restaurant become a cocktail bar.

This was an old warehouse that was converted into a hotel. It's pretty cool. The location is perfect for the French Quarter, the casino or the convention center

Older property however one of the best showers I've ever had. Water so hot you have to turn it down which is usually not the case. Comfortable meeting spot off the front desk.
