The rooms could have been a little cleaner. Especially the bathroom. A burned out light in the bathroom and a light that flashes, kind of like a haunted house when you enter the room. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy. I wouldn't walk around outside at night. The staff was all very nice and helpful. They have a guest laundry which is very useful.

Our family came through to visit NOLA and stayed here the rooms were clean and the what made the stay great was the staff every one of them left a smile on your face. Even the overnight security was very friendly. If we ever make it back we know coming here we would feel welcomed.

We stay here every time we come to New Orleans. We were here twice in March once for my Birthday and now just because. Theres 2 night receptions that are so informational, so jolly each time we see them. They definitely made me feel welcome and help me with ideals especially on food and activities in the French Quarters. I look forward to seeing them when we come. I call them my friend I’m sorry I can’t tell you there name but you will know when you see them they make you feel at home.

We stayed at Comfort Suites New Orleans East 3/23/26 to check out on 3/27/26. I had read the Google reviews and star ratings before booking this hotel for our NOLA visit. The reviews & star ratings were all positive compared to other Choice Brand Hotels in the NOLA area. There were so many good comments about the wonderful Mz. Wanda. This is why I chose this hotel. The hotel staff are all great. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is great. Mz. Wanda is a buzz in the morning, setting up breakfast, attending to things. We had a few conversations with one of the owners while we stayed, we thought he was a nice guy. When we checked out we told him and Mz. Wanda that we want to come back to NOLA again, and will stay here again. He told us we should come for Mardi Gras because they have their own tent, bathroom, space, for the parades. He also told us they were modernizing, updating, rooms in the hotel. This is a nice hotel with friendly staff that will take care of you. I would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay in NOLA to choose this hotel. The pool is very nice clean condition. It was not open yet on our stay, but it looked like a nice pool. The location of this hotel is very convenient to all NOLA locations, North Shore, Plantations, and Mississippi coastline, located right off Interstate 10. You won't regret staying here. If you do, say hi to Mz. Wanda, she will take care of you.

Myself and my girls enjoyed our stay here at Comfort Suites New Orleans East! The staff is great, Ms Wanda at the front desk is the biggest sweetheart!! The room was clean and they came in each day to tidy up. Breakfast is a nice spread. There's absolutely no complaints here!! I will stay again. ??

We stayed for new year night and Wanda was our receptionist, she is such a good person! Warm welcome , good clean rooms, great service and a wholesome experience, French Quarter is 15 mins from here but its always crowded and 50$ for parking but here at comfort suites its worth staying back from all the traffic free parking, Also they served really good full breakfast and I just loved it , wanda you’re awesome! Definitely gonna come back again here!

All the way from Brevard county Florida home to NASA, here to ring the new year in. In and out easy no hassle, room warmed up fast hot showers plenty towels plenty REST, wake up and Mrs Wanda has 5 star diamond class breakfast better then any name brand you can imagine. Lots of parking, right next to a gas station as well, right next to highway and by way so it’s not hard to get where you’re going… if you’re going at all ?…. Think I’ll go back to sleep now… and I’m in the extra couch bed at that ? in the doubles room No hassle WiFi and lots of charging ports for devices Happy new year

I was very pleased with my stay at Comfort Inn. The staff were incredibly nice & professional, the rooms are very clean, the water pressure & temperature is very adequate, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and I really appreciate how well lit the parking lot is during night hours. I will be a returning customer!

We had a wonderful stay. Wanda was the best! She was so helpful and gave us good recommendations for our stay. The rest of the staff was fantastic as well but me and my family loved Ms Wanda!

Stayed here when I was in New Orleans. Great hotel for a great price. Only downside is the parking lot. Incredibly weird? And cramped? Not to mention, there was nowhere for us to park when we returned to the hotel later that night, and they had some dude park his trailer there and it took up like 10 parking spaces…idk just a very weird parking situation. You’ll understand what I mean the second you pull in. It’s so bad, they hired someone to be in the parking lot to help you park. Other than that, our stay was great and I would recommend this hotel!
