Absolutely great stay here. Its close enough to everything without the loudness of the main streets. Theres a streetcar stop right next to the hotel which made getting to bourbon street a breeze. And Jamie the receptionist was so funny and amazing, she made checking in and out so easy. 100% will stay again if back in New Orleans

We just spent 4 nights at the Drury. We loved the location, the amenities and the cleanliness of this hotel. Your stay includes a great breakfast and a happy hour that includes hot/cold food and drinks. The roof top pool with a hot tub were great to have, after a long hot daytime walk it was great to jump into a nice refreshing, clean pool. Its also open until 10pm, you can sit and have drinks by the pool until then. Parking was reasonably priced and you can come and go as you please. Great place to stay and will definitely stay there again when I return.

NOT ACCESSIBLE I came here in November, traveling from Iowa to Louisiana for the first time ever at 53 years old. Visiting New Orleans has been a lifelong dream for me so I was excited. I have disabling mobility issues, as well as being neurodivergent, was traveling solo, and used an electric mobility scooter while there. I called ahead multiple times as well as including with my reservation that I'd be using a mobility scooter. There was no mention to me that the floor the pool and hot tub was on were closed for construction, including when I checked in in person. The hot tub was a huge part of choosing this hotel. To get to it was via 2 levels of cement stairs. The doors to the lovely patio area on the main floor were also not accessible. Fortunately I have some mobility and was able to shove the doors with the scooter to get in and out. Anyone without some mobility would need someone opening those doors for them. The “kickback” food was low quality like eating in a school cafeteria. The tap on the bath of my room was loose and wiggling away from the wall whenever I used it. The location of the hotel is great, tho it's very much in a kind of business district so you've got to go down a ways to get to fun stuff but not too far and the benefit was that the hotel was not loud, at least in my experience. It took me awhile to process things and realize I would have requested to be placed in another hotel etc that was actually accessible. The struggle with accessibility greatly affected and limited the rest of my trip. The interior of the hotel is pretty generic, something I'd read in reviews so not a huge surprise and the room I was in was nice and spacious with a great big window and comfortable bed. Most of the staff were quite friendly and helpful, apart from 2 of them who rolled their eyes at me when I asked for help. I'll try to attach my video of the tub and pictures of the cement staircase. If you have any mobility issues I'd suggest you stay somewhere else. At least if they'd been open about it when I checked multiple times before coming cross country that'd be something but there was no effort.

My family and I had an EXCELLENT stay at Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans. The service was outstanding, especially from Bee, Erin, and Augustine (I think that’s her name. I apologize in advance.), who went above and beyond to make our first family visit to New Orleans comfortable and stress-free. They even helped book our taxi and kindly held onto our luggage’s until we were ready to leave for our trip back home. I also had a lovely interaction with another staff member—I wish I had caught her name. She noticed the mask my daughter had purchased and struck up a great conversation about how she’d love to buy similar pieces to decorate her home. It was such a warm, genuine moment that made the stay feel even more personal. I wish I gotten her name so we can let her know how appreciative we were of her. Breakfast was a big plus, and the evening kickback was another highlight—both added great value and made the stay even more enjoyable. Food was great for both breakfast and evening kickback. Truly a wonderful experience—I highly recommend this hotel!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Far enough from the craziness but just a couple blocks to everything. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly. The room was clean and spacious. The shower had good pressure and was always hot. The breakfast had many options and was really good. The evening kickback had a good bit to offer as well. I will definitely stay again when in New Orleans.

Excellent hotel in the heart of it all! Loved the customer service here; every employee was kind, helpful & friendly. Special thanks to Bee at check in for being so kind, and to the two young women making cocktails at Kickback Hour: you two know your ways around drinks! Hotel is super clean, breakfast was fantastic, service is so, so efficient, and we love the location of the hotel----quiet & calm amidst all the rowdy fun that is New Orleans. Book this hotel today!

The hotel is pretty, breakfast was great, the staff were great and check in was fast and easy. But they did ask for more money for parking and a security deposit after everything was supposed to be included online. Of course the price for a very tiny room during Mardi Gras was more than tripled. The room was clean and everything worked but we didn't have a blanket. I went to the desk to get one and they were out. They did give us extra sheets. Thankfully I had a blanket in my car. Also parking is extra. But the absolute worst part was when we came back to get our car that night after walking many blocks with heavy bags of beads and our chairs our card to get to the elevators to the third floor parking garage didn't work. I asked the security guard about how yo get to the elevators. She said you cannot, you have to go through the parking garage where the cars go in. So me and my special needs daughter had to walk up three levels up hill in the parking garage. You would think after paying over $750. For one night and extra for parking you would be able to get to the elevators to reach your car. I appreciate the security but she could have let us in to walk down the lobby hall to the elevators after seeing us with all the bags and chairs. She could even have had another employee walk us down the hall if needed. I could understand if we were drunk and loud or something but it was only a mother and daughter not drunk that had a 6 hr drive home.

My son and I stayed at the Drury Hotel in the New Orleans Warehouse District from January 26 through January 30. I was extremely impressed with quality of this hotel. It is probably the best one I have ever stayed at. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. Whoever is doing the staff hiring at this hotel deserves a pat on the back. The hotel's location was pretty central to most attractions in the Warehouse District and the French Quarter. I loved that we were able to self-park in their on-property garage. The free breakfasts they offered were great as was the dinner meals they also provided. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is going to be visiting New Orleans. They will not be disappointed.

This hotel is a older property, but well maintained and clean and comfortable. The garage is easy to get in and out. Staff was very friendly. Good location. If you aren't picky, you could make a meal out of the hot food served at the 5:30 kickback. We occasionally heard noise from neighbors, but that's probably not surprising in New Orleans on the weekend, and it never lasted long. We would stay again.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always our go-to hotel for trips to New Orleans. Spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and we love the kickback!! Very walkable to many great locations but also easy to navigate with cars/uber. Incredibly safe. We also used the self-serve laundry and it was so easy to use and convenient. Looking forward to our next stay at this location when we come back to New Orleans!
