This was my third stay at the Natchez Vacation Rental, and overall we had another great experience. This was my first time staying in this particular three-bedroom apartment on the second floor, and we really enjoyed our stay. We did run into a few minor issues. We initially couldn’t find the iron, but the staff was very responsive and quickly provided one for us. We later discovered that the original iron had perhaps previously fallen behind the washing machine in a spot that wasn’t accessible, so hopefully the team is able to retrieve it. It wasn’t until we were doing laundry that we saw the tip of the iron poking out from behind the unit. We also had an issue with one of the showers, as we couldn’t get the water temperature cool enough. Someone came to assist us, and although the temperature still remained a little too hot, it was improved enough that we were able to manage during our stay. The air-conditioning controls were also a little difficult for us to figure out, but we didn’t contact the staff about that and simply adjusted as needed. Despite those small issues, we had a wonderful stay. The property was comfortable, and what continues to stand out to me is the customer service. The staff is consistently available, responsive, and willing to help whenever something comes up. That level of service is one of the reasons I’ve returned multiple times. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and would give the experience five stars. I’d rate the room itself four stars because of the few maintenance and temperature-control issues, but the service and overall experience were definitely five-star.

We stayed here for a week while we attended the Tales of Cocktail convention. Beyond the beautiful rooms, easy access to the main parts of downtown, the comfortable beds, & well thought through amenities ~ the lasting memory will be just how incredible & kind the staff has been. Nathan, Forrest, Roneisha, & Courtney who all work at the front desk were attentive, welcoming, informative, & overall a huge part of what made our stay at The Natchez one of the best places we've gotten to stay at. Truly cannot shoutout the staff here enough!

Unbelievable spot right in the heart of New Orleans. Location is great for the Quarter, Conference Centre and the River. The accommodation was superb - everything is done to a high end and so much thought has gone into the little details - especially the art work. You can tell the passion of the owners in thinking about their guests. The pool and cabanas were great after a long day. A couple of little touches that stick in our memory - the chocolate wafers by the lifts and the showers - amazing. I’ll definitely be staying here on my next trip to New Orleans

The Natchez is hands-down the best place to stay in New Orleans! We felt like we were living in a high-end luxury loft rather than a rental. The ceilings are soaring, the decor is incredibly chic, and the kitchen was fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. It’s so much more spacious and stylish than a traditional hotel room. 5 stars for providing a true home-away-from-home experience in the heart of the city!

This place was Amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. The 3 bedroom condo was very spacious and clean, the beds were amazing, and the location was perfect for our conference. It was walking distance to the convention center as well as Bourbon Street and The French Quarter. The staff were so professional and polite. They texted me daily to make sure we were doing ok and didn’t need anything. Would give it 10 stars if I could! Also I loved that each bedroom had its own thermostat.

The Natchez was the best lodging for our group. We had three couples so we each had a bedroom and bathroom. We were in room 2204, we had a nice gathering area in the kitchen. Our private outdoor hot tub area was perfect for our evenings. It was the perfect location to reach restaurants, the river, the streetcar stop.

We did a March 2026 long weekend family trip to New Orleans and had two units at The Natchez; one four bedroom on the second floor and a three bedroom on the first floor. The facilities were excellent, with very attentive front desk service and everything you would need for any stay. We brought in a chef that was recommended by The Natchez and it was a fantastic time. We were able to make use of the pool and hot tubs and the facility provides towels. The location is ideal for exploring all NOLA has to offer, as we walked almost everywhere. Very highly recommend The Natchez for a group stay in New Orleans.

We had the best time staying at The Natchez! We stayed in Suite 1101 which was the perfect size for our extended family of 8. It was really clean, the staff went above-and-beyond and the outside area is a gem. Can't wait to come back!

This place destroyed my time in New Orleans for several reasons: - A an extremely loud garbage truck showed up between 4-7 AM EVERY NIGHT and loaded trash for about 20 minutes, revving the engine, banging dumpsters about 10 ft from the single-pane bedroom windows. - The window curtains let a lot of light in from the street lights outside, making it additionally hard to sleep here. - The water pressure is the worst I have seen, the shower was a mere trickle, wasting a lot of time each morning. - The toilet tank took about half a day to refill between uses (seriously), probably related to the lack of water pressure. - The floors/carpets were dirty in the bedroom and a dead cockroach awaited me on arrival. I don't see how they could miss it if they'd cleaned the floors at all. I still give them two stars because the front seat staff was helpful and the check out was really convenient. Unfortunately the fundamentals were missing to award anything higher.

From the first moment I contacted The Natchez, the staff were kind, courteous, and happy to help. They answered all of my questions by text, and kept me informed during the trip the same way. They were able to check us in very early, check us out late, and hold our luggage for hours after check out. That all was based on availability, but they made it happen for us. The condos are stunning. The photos are completely accurate. They were clean and had everything you could want/need available. The beds were comfortable and the showers were amazing. They had coffee and tea every morning in the lobby. The courtyard area was also clean and accurate to the photos. We used the pool and both hot tubs. We did have some garbage truck noise one morning with several dumpsters in the alley, but that’s probably only an issue for one room of one condo one day per week. I selected the condo and the other seven people who joined me were all thrilled with the stay!
