First , things first I was given wrong information about the room from the woman in the office who seems to be glued to the seat.... Roaches in elevator most likely came from the nasty areas where water just sits on the ground.. . Rooms Look nothing like the pictures. Parking was forty five dollars a night to park in the gate which did not look like much of a parking lot.... The most claustrophobic elevator and balconies I have ever seen in my entire life and you are expected to walk On them to get to your room... Each day , something stop working in the room.. I will not be staying here again, will not recommend.And we believe some of our snacks were taken out while we were out...

Our stay here was wonderful. Having a hotel just across from the French Quarter with two separate bedrooms, a sitting area, and a little mini kitchen with microwave, sink, and fridge was perfect for our family. My husband and I in one bedroom, my teen daughter and her friend in another. The price is amazing compared to similar properties, since you get double the functional space but only pay for one room. There is also a very nice pool area where we spent a little time every afternoon cooling off and relaxing after walking around all day. AND the hotel is right next to Key Fuel Mart, home of the best fried chicken I've ever had. There is gated parking, with very easy in/out procedures. The staff in the lobby were always friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get extra towels and shampoos and things just by grabbing them from the lobby. The only reason I had to knock off a star from my overall rating is that the elevator is not working, which was a real pain for us, since my son uses a wheelchair most of the time, and several of us have joint issues that make the stairs difficult after a day of hiking the quarter. However, the staff in the lobby were great to let us keep our wheelchair in the lobby so that we didn't have to cart it up and down the stairs somehow. We will probably be staying here any time we bring friends and family to New Orleans.

Jonathan was so amazing and helpful! We had a wonderful stay here! Immediate help was received when the TV wasn’t working and they offered to hold our bags even after checkout so we could run around NOLA longer! 10/10 recommend!!

Check-in was wild! The lobby smelled of pure mildew! The card machine was supposedly not working when it was time to put a card on file..The front desk attendant asked if we could write the card number down!? Seriously?!! No ma’am! We were charged extra $120 for 2 of the guest that were registered on the hotels website for booking! We rented a 2 bedroom that sleeps 4 with all 4 guest registered to the room, but according to their “policy” after 2 people the other 2 are an extra $20 per person per day! Total rip off!! We were asked how many keys were needed when clearly we are paying for 4 adults so of course we need 4 keys, but was then told well I only have 2 keys! When asked to speak to a manager or when the manager would be in, attendant at front desk stated she did not know any of that information! We were also told the same the second night by a different attendant. Ridiculous! They do not offer every day house keeping, you have to get your own towels and other items yourself down stairs at the front office. Toilet clogged every day, shower drizzled, no water pressure, microwave didn’t work old dirty towels left in restroom. Overall the experience was horrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Hotel has a convenient walkable location for the French Quarter. Two bedroom suite with kitchenette was great for a party of four. On-site parking at $45 nightly provided in gated lot. Contact hotel direct to reserve your parking space. Quick 15 minute drive to cruise port. Hop on-Hop off bus stop at hotel front door with North Rampart cable car stops just steps away.

Entire suite was very spacious and clean. The entire staff was helpful and tentative. I think the location is good, it’s away from all the noise, everything is pretty much within a 15min walk and it has the convenience of a 24hr gas station steps away. Only cons: shower curtains aren’t long enough so the bathroom floor gets wet and signs towards elevators would be very helpful.
